I have been using Linux since the early 2000's and have enjoyed my
time learning how everything works. I originally started with
Redhat Linux 5.2 and was kind of nervous other than the fact I got
tired of always having to pay for Windows. As years progressed I
went to Linux From Scratch and learned about compiling programs so
that I could make my own system . Eventually I went straight to
Slackware in 2001 around the time that 8.0 came out. I have been
with Slackware since.
