This is Gnome 3.38 ( based on joc0's work ) which is built on Slackware 15.0 with all components on gnome.org
You will find the binaries for Gnome 3.38 in the x86_64 repository.

"gcs" as in "GNOME Core SlackBuilds"
 It also works great with slackpkg+, just add this to your slackpkgplus.conf:
MIRRORPLUS['gcs']=https://reddoglinux.ddns.net/linux/gnome/3.38/x86_64/

Or you can use this link which is the maintainers link as well.
