# slacker — repository priorities & sources (slackware64-current)
# ============================================================================
#
# Format — one repo per line:
# [priority] [name] [url] [flags]
#
# * Higher priority WINS when the same package name exists in several repos.
# * To pull from a LOWER-priority repo on purpose, use name:package
# (e.g. alienbob:vlc).
# * An installed package is never silently migrated to another repo nor
# downgraded — only a repo of HIGHER OR EQUAL priority may replace it.
# * Every repo needs a DISTINCT priority (tag lines at the bottom may share).
#
# The official repo's url is the keyword mirror — slacker fills it in from
# the active line in the 'mirrors' file. Change your mirror in
# /etc/slacker/mirrors; here you set only its priority / placement.
#
# Flags: official | immutable | subtree | verify=... (reference below)

# Active repositories
# [priority] [name] [url] [flags]
# ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
100 slackware mirror official
200 patches mirror/patches subtree immutable
90 extras mirror/extra subtree immutable
85 testing mirror/testing subtree immutable

# Flags reference
# ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
# official The tracked distro repo: powers show-changelog and is the
# default for install-new. Placement is still by priority only.
# immutable clean-system never removes packages attributed to this repo —
# use it for extra / testing / patches you keep installed.
# subtree The url is a Slackware distribution subtree (extra, patches,
# testing, pasture): metadata is read FROM the url, but packages
# and GPG-KEY are fetched from the parent (root). The four subtrees
# MUST carry this flag, or their packages 404.
# verify=... Per-repo override of the global VERIFY (slacker.conf) for THAT
# repo only. Values: all | none | a comma list of gpg,md5,sha.
# Order relative to 'official' does not matter. Use it when one
# repo ships a broken/missing checksum or signature, so you relax
# only that repo instead of weakening everything. Examples:
# 100 slackware mirror official verify=gpg,md5
# 99 lngn https://slackware.lngn.net/pub/aarch64/slackwareaarch64-current verify=md5

# Source / build-tag priorities
# [priority] [name] [tag]
# ============================================================================
# Packages built from NON-repository sources (SlackBuilds.org, your own local
# builds) carry a build tag after the build number — e.g. _SBo, _rtz. Give
# those tags a priority on the SAME scale as the repos above, so upgrade-all
# treats them as a prioritised source: a tagged package is only replaced by a
# candidate from a repo of HIGHER OR EQUAL priority.
#
# Keep them HIGH so your SBo / local packages are never silently migrated to
# conraid / alienbob / etc. or downgraded — upgrade those via sbopkg / sbotools
# / slpkg instead. (Tag lines, unlike repos, MAY share a priority.)
#
# Format: [priority] [name] [tag]
#
#100 SBo _SBo
#100 local YOURTAG
